The body-mind space is where somatic and psychic systems meet. It is not about "mind over matter" or "listening to your body"; it is about the dialogue between them.

The somatic space. Where you read whether the body holds its shape or collapses, whether the perimeter lets the world in or walls it off, whether the season is being carried or quietly draining you. Four tensions the body runs underneath the day, mostly without asking.

Balance is not a destination.
It is a practice of listening to the body, noticing when you've drifted, and gently finding your way back.
